On receipt of your order you will receive an email detailing what needs to be done next. You will be sent a document to be signed by the Shareholder and will be required to provide Money Laundering documents for this person (proof of identity and residential address). You will also need to file all overdue documents (if any) with Companies House. If the company was non-trading then we will prepare the annual returns and accounts for you. If it was trading, you will need to prepare these documents yourself. The restoration fee includes the filing fees for two annual returns only. If you have more than two overdue annual returns you will need to pay the additional costs. It is £30 per annual return.

If the accounts were overdue when the company was struck off you will be liable for the late filing penalty fee to Companies House. This will vary depending on how overdue the accounts were. Please note that this is not included within the restoration fee.

Once all documents have been received and accepted by Companies House, it will take between 10/12 weeks for the company to be fully restored. Once this has been done, you will be able to begin trading again under this company name. All Government & Treasury Solicitor fees are included within the price.
